__________________________________________________________________________________________ Handmade miso paste shop
In their 20’s Making and selling handmade miso paste, we make miso paste in old style using no artificial color or preservation. As my parents run a flower shop and we also have fields
The climate : We have typhoon in summer and we never have snow in winter, it is warmer compared to Europe.
Making miso, preparation for shipping, selling, helping at my parents' flower shop and vegetable garden, cooking and housework.
We are in the country of Kagoshima-ken. Soon nearby us, we have both the ocean and the mountains. We make hand made miso here. It's not very hard work. Please come and help us do it. Most of us speak some simple English, but one of us has studied English and can speak more. We like to invent our own dishes, so we welcome inspiration from WWOOFers regarding foods. We have a piano, a guitar, musical instruments, books, Manga comics and various things that we are happy for WWOOFers to use. My grandmother make a special sushi here sometimes, and we've been on the tv with it. Let's make sushi together. On days off, we swim, walk in local pine forests, ride a bicycle about. __________________________________________________________________________________________ |

| last night was fun. we were all sitting in the livingroom of this house we're renting in toronto. mitch had drunk an entire half bottle of vodka and cranberry juice by himself, nathaniel was deep into the world of reading harry potter, and everyone else was just bored. so we left. drove around downtown at midnight, listening to the entire Takk album (loudly). i found a shipping yard with massive freight boats down by the harbor. we parked the car on the water and watched them loading things onto the massive ship, smoking nargila (mint) until 2. it was brilliant. toronto is great.
